NOFO Wellness Center offers classes, cardio and weight room access, customized personal training, and wellness services. Access these services through single use purchases, multi-use access cards, and memberships for weekly, monthly and 3-month terms. Additional services and programs are also available through the NOFO Wellness Collaborative partners. These partners services are not included the NOFO Wellness paid membership services.

NOFO Wellness Collaborative
Explore our partners in wellness and fitness through the NOFO Collaborative. Through these partnerships, the NOFO Wellness location offers Sound Bathing Meditation, Cacao Ceremonies and Reiki, Physical Therapy, Kickboxing and Personal Training. You can also find additional yoga programs and other healthy living resources.
