Join us for Senior Strength, a low-impact circuit workout designed to improve strength, stability, and overall fitness in a safe and supportive environment. This class alternates between gentle, standing cardio movements and upper-body strength exercises using hand-held weights, resistance bands, and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for support, ensuring everyone can participate with confidence.

Once a month, instructor Jane will include a “Pre-Pilates workout,” where foundational Pilates exercises are added to build strength, improve body awareness, and enhance core stability. Done entirely from a seated or standing position, Pre-Pilates focuses on alignment, breathing, and control, making it perfect for all ages and abilities—especially those looking to develop a strong foundation for movement.
