Jenny brings energy and creativity to every session, ensuring no two workouts are the same. With a student-focused approach, she offers modifications for all fitness levels so you can push yourself at your own pace. You’ll have the option to use various weight sizes to make the class as easy or as challenging as you want.

Expect high-energy movement to boost strength and endurance, followed by a focused mat workout for the last quarter of class, targeting different muscle groups to build stability and core strength. And, of course, plenty of laughs along the way!
