Looking for a balanced workout that tones your muscles while increasing flexibility? Our Strengthen & Stretch class combines targeted strength training with a deep, restorative stretch to help you build a stronger, more flexible body.

You’ll rotate through stations focused on strength exercises, using weights, resistance bands, body bars, or stability balls to improve muscle tone and stability. The second half of the class focuses on deep stretching techniques, incorporating yoga straps, foam rollers, and mobility work to increase range of motion, relieve tension, and enhance flexibility.

Perfect for all fitness levels, this class provides the ideal balance of strength and recovery—helping you move better, feel stronger, and prevent injuries.
