NOFO WELLNESS CENTER is located in Cutchogue, North Fork, Long Island, New York. We are a full-service fitness and wellness center providing onsite classes, workout facilities personal trainers and livestream virtual workouts. Contact us to arrange your onsite workout, register for a class and to book your personal trainer session.

 WE ARE OPEN

  • Monday & Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. & 3 p.m. – 7:30 p,m.
  • Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. & 2 p.m. – 7 p,m.
  • Saturdays:  8 a.m. – 12 Noon
  • Sundays by appointment only. (Members Only)
