Senior strength
This circuit-style workout is designed to improve strength, balance, and endurance with safe, low-impact movements. Participants will alternate between standing, low-impact choreography and upper-body strength exercises using hand-held weights, resistance tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for support, making this class accessible for all fitness levels. Stay active, build confidence, and enjoy a supportive community while improving overall well-being.
