NOFO WELLNESS CENTER is located in Cutchogue, North Fork, Long Island, New York. We are a full-service fitness and wellness center providing onsite classes, workout facilities personal trainers and livestream virtual workouts. We sanitize regularly, complying with all COVID-19 health regulation and social distancing protocols. Contact us to arrange your onsite workout, register for a class and to book your personal trainer session.

Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. & 2 p.m. – 7 p,m.
Saturdays & Sundays by appointment only. (Members Only)
